What is your Data Privacy Policy?

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any data provided, for example with a purchase, will be stored securely and only used in conjunction with that purchase.  We do not store data beyond the minimum required to complete your transaction. You can, at any time, request we remove any data held by e-mailing us at info@therowfantvineyard.co.uk and we will ensure any data is removed, however that would also mean that we would not be able to fulfil any remaining element of outstanding purchases.

What is your return process and policy and how do I obtain a refund or raise a dispute?

Firstly, we hope you don't need any of the above! But like any good reputable retailer we want to make things as simple as possible, so should you have an issue with any of our products then drop us an e-mail in the first instance to info@therowfantvineyard.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve it. An unused product can be returned for a full refund and and for any used product we will look to refund pro-rata should you have a genuine issue.

Are my card details safe on line?

All card payments are processed by stripe, our 3rd party card payment provider who offer end to end encryption and a safe way to pay by card. We do not store or hold your card details at any time.

Vine Leasing - Do I need to be 'hands on'?

Accepted Answer

No need! As part of the Vine Lease you agree to contract (included in the price) The Rowfant Vineyard to cultivate and harvest your vine(s) and to have the wine made by our chosen winemaker, Kevin at Bluebell. Sit back, relax and await the finished product!
